Good Wood Top 10 In the Park under $400 Award Winner!
 K2 really made a good rocker board when it comes to the WWW.  Good Wood riders loved the 2010 K2 WWW Rocker Snowboard so you should probably too.  It's a soft and playful park board.  Don't think because this won a good wood you can ride it everywhere.  This board won because of it's insanely easy jibability but doesn't really perform well most places outside the park.  Soft and playful with good stability is the name of the game. For the 2011 K2 WWW Rocker not much has changed except the old camber World Wide Weapon is gone and this is only Flat/Rocker now.  Our favorite part about the rocker K2 has is the flat between the feet to makes it a stable fun ride.  It's pretty easy to generate your own air so the pop there is pretty good. However there is little to no pop from the board at all when coming out of a carving turn but that is pretty common with boards that have this type of flat design. If you are all about jibbing around the mountain then this isn't a bad board.  For the 2012 K2 WWW Rocker the sizes are smaller and the nose seems to be more blunted out.  We like this change because a jib board should have lot's of  effective edge on snow but still be small. The ride is still similar but we say go for the 2012 if you can.  All in all this is a very fun board and we all really enjoyed the way this board helps you enjoy the park.

The Good Ride Take on K2
K2 is a big company that makes a lot of ski and snowboard gear. K2 chose Flat Camber and variations of flat/rocker for their snowboards in the post camber revolution. Their flat camber has a mixed take but their flat/rocker shapes seem to be well liked and some are Good Ride Favorites. When it comes to Bindings K2 spends a lot of time working on the quick strap/release side of things and they have 2 quick release designs. Some like this but others would rather see them work on improved turn initiation, comfort and better board flex under foot. We’d at least like to see them switch to only one quick release and develop their normal bindings more. Their boots are well made, long lasting and comfortable but some don’t have the adjustability that some boots have. Their customer support is very good but there is no phone # on their site so you must contact them via email. All in all K2 does a pretty good job when it comes to making snowboard gear for a wide variety of riders.
