A Great Jacket with a life time warranty! They semi-cater to Snowboarders which is nice to see from the high end clothing world.  Most in this market have a single track focus on Telemarkers and Skiiers.  Patagonia is all about well made long lasting products that are tested extensively before selling. The Powder bowl has 3 layer in the critical areas like where you rest your arms and on your shoulders. The rest is 2 layer. Patagonia has a lamanate where most companies have an insert.  That being said you get a lifetime warranty on the Powder Bowl Jacket.  It's not as bomb proof as the Patagonia Primo but it comes very close.  Patagonia has pit zips that out do any other jackets. They seem to open up large enough to air out the stinkyiest of pits. This jacket is well thought out and a great investment.  Yeah Patagonia isn't the first choice for snowboard clothing and is often called Pataguchi but hell they makes clothes that last forever.  Another thing we like about Patagonia is they are the only clothing company that is closest to zero enviormental impact in the action sports industry.  Supporting them is like investing long term in the snow we ride.
