THE LEGEND CONTINUES
The T1 has built its reputation on strength and support. This year with the addition of the Endo Construction, we have doubled down on those key elements. Long lasting support and flex for the 100-day plus rider. Boa CondaFit on the fly The patented K2 CONDA System allows you to tighten, loosen or adjust your liner on-the-fly – from outside of the boot! The first time you try this, you’ll wonder how you ever rode without it. How it works: A Boa® is attached to the CONDA minimized harness is securely built into the shell of the boot and tightens around the liner to lock your foot in position. Focus is on the superior ankle support and heel hold. The harness lace is threaded through a floating tongue lace guide, allowing riders to customize fit for maximum comfort. ![]() Endo ConstructionA BREAKTHOUGH BOOT FLEX & CONSTRUCTION A complete rethink of how a boot is constructed and flexes. Based on a urethane endoskeletal structure that focuses the flex into a single part as apposed to stressing synthetic leather and stitch lines to get flex. Using one engineered part opened up a world of purpose-built flex design that our engineers then spent hundreds of on-snow hours tuning until they arrived at the perfect flex for each model. ![]() Harshmellow - BootsHEELS REJOICE Formulated for long lasting impact absorption and vibration killing, the same Harshmellow material used in boards and bindings can be found in our boots. Integrated in the heel and forefoot areas of our top boots, minimizing rebound and making landings softer and more controlled. ![]() vibramLegendary durability & grip Known for their deep heritage in the outdoor footwear industry, Vibram outsoles provide the absolute best in tread performance. Finally I found My Boots

i love stiffest boots and had problem with Salomon's Malamute(ankle spur). I also tried Burton's Driver X 2012 but they were so soft. I trusted Goodride's review and just ordered these boots. I love these boots and thanks to Goodride.

K2 T1 TL 2011

Hello,I bought the 2011 model this season, as they were at a nice discount at my near-by K2 store. Even so, they were a bit more than I was willing to pay for boots, but I liked the stiffness so I just went for it. They are amazing. The heel hold works well even though the boot itself feels slightly over-sized on my foot (I tried the smaller model but my toe was pushing, and I decided I wasn't gonna believe it will "let up", and I don't regret that decision). If you want a smoother ride, you can just loosen up the lace and the boa, and they will still perform great due to the super-rigid construction. I read a bit more into it after I bought them and it seems they have some inserts on the sides in order to make them keep the stiffness for longer. Only downside is that they do take a bit longer to get into than any SL system I've tried, but it's well worth it, as I rarely adjust them on the slopes. You put them on and forget about them, they're just there to serve. And serve they do. |

K2 T1 Speed Lace with Boa for inside 2012
|

Just got these boots in!They are sick sick sick! The 2 different speed lace upper and lower works super well. Quick in and out, with great adjust-ability. The liner is amazing, and the entire boot is feather weight! I have ridden the Burton SL7/SLX for about 5 years, buying a new one each year, but this year where I work we get deals on K2 so I thought give K2 a try. So impressed with the speed lace system and the boa to adjust the inside liner is money! The Goodride review is right on with this boot, it is on the stiffer side of the scale like a 8 to 8.5 out of ten for flex. I will do an updated review once I get these out on the hill, mountain is rumored to open next week. I love www.thegoodride.com Scott |
