THE GOOD RIDE SNOWBOARD PICKSThese are top snowboards that we really like or have a solid reputation amongst users we respect. Here are the Snowboards we picked for each riding style and ability level. |
||||
ALL MOUNTAIN ROCKER & HYBRID ROCKER/CAMBER SNOWBOARD PICKSThese boards will perform well in almost any condition, are a little more catch free and perform very well in powder. As you can see they are all rocker and camber combo's so they can hold their tail when making an aggressive turn. Some boards like the Burton and Yes are more all mountain freestyle than the others. |

ALL MOUNTAIN TWIN & DIRECTIONAL TWIN SNOWBOARD PICKS
If you like to ride fast but ride switch and hit the park on a semi regular basis these snowboards will handle what you need. They are really friendly either direction but very fast and aggressive like the directional twins above. These boards won't be the best on rails and boxes but excel in the pipe and off jumps. |

STREET AND JIB FRIENDLY SNOWBOARD PICKS
If you live for Jibbing, Rails, Boxes and street sessions then these snowboards will be a good choice. These don't handle well out of the park because they are incredibly soft to handle street features and micro adjustments at low speed. |

FREERIDE SNOWBOARD PICKS
These boards are probably some of the fasters boards out there and will all mach down a groomer or steep chute. They will also perform very well in powder. If you like to make big carving turns, ride morning groomers and live for deep powder days these are a great 1 snowboard solution. They aren't going to be very friendly in the park and are for Advanced to Expert riders. |
