A great do anything park board for serious riders. Bataleon has a design that is unique to the industry called Tripple Base Technology. It measns the board curves up toward the rail on each side. It seems really weird but if you ride one you will see that it isn't a bad idea. Lately Bataleon has had a few imitators It makes the board catch free and really fun in the park. For 2012 the Distortia changed up the sizing and the general design. The ride is still similar but the nose is blunted to get more ride out of a smaller size.

DISTORTIA

You know what they say about girls: They don't ride like the boys and with the Distortia, it's time to be proud of that! Take those booty drops from the clubs to the boxes with a narrower and softer board. This board feels right at home in the park. The specially adjusted narrow version of TWIN TBT with the wider center base offers extra stability for hitting jumps and boxes; while still keeping it super forgiving and loose. Wide stances are not a problem. Very forgiving and just FUN.

TWIN TBT*: The TBT starts under the bindings, the centre base is a bit wider than on other boards.

CORE CORE

Poplar core with hardwood enforcements along the insterts rows. This increases the core strenght of your board and channels all energy into more pop.

EXTRUDED BASE

Easy to repair and can take a good beating. Low maintenance, still slides well with irregular waxing (but waxing is always recommended of course!).

PRECISE PATTERN

The 4X2/20 insert pack enables you to put your bindings on with scientific precision.

BI AX LAMINATE

Bi-ax laminates over and under
the woodcore creates an easy
flax with lots of feel.

LIGHTNING EDGE

Thinner Lightning Edges enable you to carve with more feeling and precision.
