Bataleon has a design that is unique to the industry called Tripple Base Technology. It measns the board curves up before the rail on each side. The rest of the industry has almost completely ignored this Tech for some reason. It seems really weird but if you ride one you will see that it isn't a bad idea. It makes the board catch free and forgiving while still having the pop from camber. It's just not as fun as rocker snowboards in powder. The Violenza is their all mountain version for someone who wants to ride everywhere. The Violenza isn't a bad ride and if you want a more catch free version of camber then this isn't a bad choice. For 2012 they blunted the nose and the board now has more effective edge for it's size. They also decreased the set back from -15mm to -10mm.

The perfect women's all mountain board. Loads of forgiveness to help you progress to levels of riding you never thought possible. This season the Violenza has been trimmed down and narrowed at the waistline for those petite feet. Wrapped up in all mountain good looks that just doesn't catch edge like those 'flat' boards out there.

CORE CORE

Poplar core with hardwood enforcements along the insterts rows. This increases the core strenght of your board and channels all energy into more pop.

EXTRUDED BASE

Easy to repair and can take a good beating. Low maintenance, still slides well with irregular waxing (but waxing is always recommended of course!).

PRECISE PATTERN

The 4X2/20 insert pack enables you to put your bindings on with scientific precision.

TRI AX LAMINATE

Tri-ax laminates over and under the core delivers precision in your riding.

LIGHTNING EDGE

Thinner Lightning Edges enable you to carve with more feeling and precision.
